By booking a session, commissioning a sigil, purchasing a product, or engaging with any offering provided by Bee Love Collective (“Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Services.
2. Nature of Services
Bee Love Collective provides spiritual, creative, and ritual‑based offerings, including but not limited to:
Soul Mission Sigils
Ritual jewelry
Healing sessions
Creative consultations
Collective storytelling and publishing opportunities
All Services are non‑medical, non‑therapeutic, and not a substitute for professional medical care. No guarantees of outcomes are made or implied.
3. Intellectual Property & Creative Works (Sigils and Ritual Art)
All Soul Mission Sigils, ritual artworks, illustrations, and creative materials (“Artworks”) are original works of fine art and remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the Artist, Bita, regardless of delivery format.
Clients receive a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use their commissioned sigil solely for personal, private, non‑commercial purposes, including spiritual practice and ritual embodiment.
Clients do not acquire ownership rights to the Artwork. Unless expressly authorized in writing by Bee Love Collective, clients are strictly prohibited from:
Reproducing, copying, scanning, or digitizing the Artwork
Printing or applying the Artwork to any physical or digital product
Sharing or posting the Artwork publicly (including on social media)
Modifying, altering, tracing, or creating derivative works
Selling, licensing, or commercially exploiting the Artwork
Using the Artwork in any business, branding, or promotional context
Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement under U.S. and international law.
Artist Rights:
Bee Love Collective retains the unrestricted right to:
Photograph, archive, and display all Artworks
Exhibit Artworks in galleries, art openings, books, portfolios, social media platforms, or digital collections
Use Artworks in marketing, educational, or promotional materials
Maintain full creative and intellectual ownership
Client privacy and visibility preferences will always be honored.
Requests for Public Use:
Any desire to publicly share, print, or otherwise use a sigil beyond private practice requires prior written permission from Bee Love Collective.
4. Client Responsibilities
By engaging with Bee Love Collective, you agree to:
Provide accurate information during booking
Honor the energetic and creative boundaries of the work
Use all materials only as permitted
Refrain from harmful, defamatory, or unlawful behavior
5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Payments:
All payments for Soul Mission Sigils must be completed before work begins. You will receive an email with payment instructions after you have submitted your form for Soul Mission Sigils.
Refunds:
Due to the custom, energetic, and creative nature of the Services, all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are allowed for work that has been completed or is in progress.
6. Privacy & Data Handling
Bee Love Collective respects your privacy and handles all personal information with utmost care. Information collected during booking or participation is used solely for service delivery, communication, and internal record‑keeping.
Your information is never sold or shared with third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bee Love Collective is not liable for:
Any decisions you make based on the Services
Emotional, spiritual, or energetic responses to the work
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
All Services are offered “as is” and without guarantees.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.
